~ Partagas Signature 150 Series Handmade Humidor Cabinet ~

This auction is for a handmade humidor cabinet from thePartagas Signature 150 series. This is a very rare and nostalgic piece of memorabilia. This box contains 3 columns of 6 drawers. The top 5 drawers had 10 cigars in each drawer and each bottom drawer (6th drawer) has a Credo humidification unit. These humidification units are “like new” in that they have never been used. As a bonus, I am including 3 additional cigar boxes from the Signature 150 series. This humidor cabinet can certainly can be used as a humidor but it may require a little more maintenance than the traditional humidor that creates a better seal.

DESCRIPTION FROM PARTAGAS:

In January 2000 the great cigar maker Ramon Cifuentes passed away. to pay tribute to this great cigar master, Edgar Culliman Sr. (of General Cigar Company) released 50,000 of the original Partagas 150 Signature Series cigars from his private collection. All 50,000 cigars were rolled in 1995 and aged in the original Partagas 150 signature series boxes for 5 years.

Along with the Partagas 150 Signature series cigars general cigar has developed 100,000 Ramon y Ramon cigars, a limited edition cigar to honor the father and son who built the Partagas brand of cigars. Each Ramon y Ramon cigar is wrapped with the traditional Partagas cameroon wrapper with a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and a special blend that offer a more full bodied taste than the Partagas cigars.

The Partagas 150 Signature Series cigars and Ramon y Ramon tribute cigars will be packaged together in special handmade humidor cabinet. Each Signature Series humidor will contain 50 Partagas 150 Siganture Series cigars. Each Partagas 150 cigar was carefully taken out of the original boxes, individually cellophaned and placed into the humidor. 100 Ramon y Ramon cigars will be cellophaned and placed in the humidor with 50 on each side of the Partagas 150 cigars.

General Cigar company produced 1,000 of the limited edition Signature Series Humidors. They will only be offered for sale at the 2000 RTDA ( trade show) and will ship to the trade show in November.
