This auction listing is for one PASGT S-3 Kevlar Helmet. This helmet has been used but it still seems to be in great shape. The bucket itself has no visible cracks or holes on it. It is a size Small and it comes with the original chin strap. I removed the old junky style of suspension in the helmet with the intention of replacing it with the Skydex Pad Replacement set-up, however I decided to upgrade to the MSA MICH, so this brain bucket is ready to be fitted with the comfy Skydex set-up when it gets its new home. I also used the Krylon Camo paint (the good stuff that has Fusion to make it tougher as well as an ultra flat non-reflective color) in the Tan color to update it from the original OD color. You will also be getting a Norotos NVG Helmet Mount. It is the full kit that comes with the ratchet helmet mounting strap, the front quick release plate, and the adjustable "Rhino" arm that the NVG mounts to. This Norotos kit retails over $200, and here on Ebay I frequently see them go for over $50 for ones that are used and abused. This kit is used but fully complete with no worn spots and no broken or missing parts, it appears to be like brand new. And last but not least for giggles I am tossing in an old school OD Cold Weather Helmet Liner as it is from the same era as the PASGT and I do not need it. You all know what this stuff is worth, therefore I am starting this auction out at a low low price. Now granted the MICH/ACH helmet is a more comfy and updated set up, however the PASGT helmets still have lots of good use left in them, and if anything, just the Norotos Mount in this listing is worth bidding on alone.
