This is an excellent genuine US military issue PASGT Helmet group with everything you need for display, paintball, or deployment. It is a size Medium made by Unicor with a 2001 contract date. This is one of the last contracts for the PASGT helmet before the new ACH helmet was issued. It has the wider suspension straps with velcro pads on the back to accept the wider headbands that were part of a program to make the helmets more comfortable. It is marked M-9, and 02 for a 2002 manufacture date. The 9 indicates what mold the shell was made on, and has no bearing on the size of the shell compared to other mediums. The straps are complete and are in excellent condition. A new in the package headband is also included. The exterior of the helmet shows slight scuffing and a few minor paint chips from storage. No cracks or other damage. The best part is the complete selection of helmet covers that you get. T is the woodland, desert storm style with slits, desert storm style without slits, plain white snow cover, desert three color (as used in OIF), and a hard to find green chemical protective cover. All the covers are in unissued condition except for the woodland cover that shows minor wear to the top. You won't have to buy anything else with this awesome group! Don't waste money on xtrasmall helmets that are listed as fitting big heads, these mediums fit heads from 21.9 inches to 22.7 inches in circumference. Measure just above your eyebrows to see what size you need and check the chart below. If you want a different size, just email me and let me know what you need.
