Unusual model! Stainless Steel Patek Philippe Reference 450, oversize rectangular case with slightly curved case back. The case measures approximately 44.75mm lug to lug and 25.50mm across (without crown). The silver dial is easy to read and has been restored as original. The manual wind movement is #833XXX. Circa 1938, this watch has been recently serviced and keeps excellent time! Comes with an Extract from the Archives of Patek Philippe.
