Description: Beautiful, antique / vintage perfume scent bottle with sterling silver (stamped) fitments over crystal. Lovely, firm, PATENTED mechanism (I have tried to photo the patent number as best as I can) - the button on the top depresses down and pops back up nice and cleanly. Silver collar unscrews so that you can refill the bottle. Crystal has a lovely decorative pattern and a cushion-shape body. Size: Measures approx. 12cm high (to top of atomiser stem) and approx. 9.5cm wide (at widest part). Condition: Silver is in beautiful condition - there is hardly any surface wear either. I can't find any chips, cracks or hairlines - always difficult to be sure with this type of crystal because of the many facets - however, I have gone by touch and felt all over it and found nothing. *General Terms and Conditions: Item Description & Condition: Many of the items I sell are vintage or antique. Nonetheless, I will always point out any faults or damage (however minor) that I consider may affect the aesthetic or monetary value of the item. I describe antique, collectible and vintage items as fully as I can. However, I am not an expert and do not always know everything about an item. What you may consider important information, I may not. You should therefore request any additional information prior to bidding since all sales are final. Refunds will not be given because a buyer made an assumption that an item would 'have this' or would be 'like this'. The vintage and collectible perfume bottles and vanity items I sell are for collection and display purposes only. They should never be purchased for the contents. In the case of perfume for example, I cannot guarantee the fragrance still smells good or whether it is safe to use on the skin. Factice or dummy perfume bottles are not filled with fragrance. They are filled with coloured-water and are for collection and display purposes only. Postage & Packing: I always obtain a certificate from the Post Office as proof of postage. If your item is lost in the post, I will require a signed statement to that effect from the buyer. This is so that I may make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail (up to £41.00) on the buyer’s behalf. Please let me know prior to payment whether you require insurance, priority or, tracking (this will cost more than the standard P&P price quoted). I am always happy to combine postage to save costs (please wait for my revised invoice with the new, reduced P&P cost). Items that realise an auction price of over £100 will now be subject to a P&P surcharge to cover the price of Recorded Delivery (UK - approximately 75p) or International Signed-For (Non-UK - approximately £5.00). All P&P prices quoted are based on the price guides given by websites such as the Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Every effort has been made to be as accurate as possible when estimating these costs. However, if you feel that you have been unfairly overcharged (taking into consideration the cost of packaging materials) then please contact me for a refund of the overcharge. International parcels may be subject to a customs charge of which I have no control over. Please do not ask me to falsify customs forms - I would be criminally liable for any purposeful deceit.
