PAUL DE LAMERIE STYLE CIRCA 1730 LARGE SCROLL END PIERCED DISH HM BIRMINGHAM 1916 Very unusual to find, well detailed and good quality larged pierced shell dish. No splits or breaks and no loss of piercing. Has good old patina. Some old restoration to join of handle to body as per photos 3 and 4. Engraved with original entwined initials. Fully and clearly hallmarked for Birmingham 1916 and with the maker's mark of Henry Matthews. Approximate dimensions: 18.5cm x 18cm; maximum height 9.5cm. Approximate weight: 257.7 grams. IMPORTANT!
