This was obtained from a Capitol VP of promotion from 1990 (Jeff Shane). Paul had signed a few of these while on a promotional jaunt to promote the upcoming tour and CD. Jeff had traveled with him and this one was signed in New York as McCartney was doing an ABC radio network interview. I have been in the record business professionally since 1969, as a record promoter and for the last 24 years as a major record dealer in Miami. Our reputation is stellar.
