Up for auction is this wonderful matched pair of Paul McCobb stools or benches. These were part of his planner group series designed in 1956 by Winchendon Furniture. A simple and functional mid-century line. These are in excellent vintage condition. Original fabric with no rust on the frames with all glides intact. The stools are very usable as is but the cotton fill is pushing through the bottom so some attention will be required eventually. See photos. Would be an easy upholstery job or the original fabric could be carefully removed and the decking or burlap foundation could be replaced. Both stools measure 20" square by 16" high. Shipping should be around $40-50 give or take depending on your location. Good luck!
