I have for sale my Pearl ELX Export series drum kit. This kit has given years of good drumming, but unfortunately, now, it has to go as I don't have the time to play so much, and I need the space back!!! The kit is comprised of :1 x 14" Pearl Export Series snare, with Evan G2 coated batter head, in gun metal grey finish1 x 22" Pearl ELX Export Bass Drum,1 x 10" Pearl ELX Export rack tom, with Pearl clear batter head1 x 12" Pearl ELX Export rack tom, with Evans G2 coated batter head, and Evans G2 clear resonant head1 x 13" Pearl ELX Export rack tom, with Evans G2 coated batter head, and Evans G2 clear resonant head1 x 16" Pearl ELX Export floor tom, with Evans G2 coated batter head, and Evans G2 clear resonant head2 x 14" Paiste PST3 crash cymbals on Mapex Tornado cymbal stands1 x 20" Meinl Meteor Ride cymbal with a Mapex boom arm (attached to one of the Tornado cymbal stands)1 x Paiste 101 14" Hi-Hat (pair) on Pearl Hi-Hat stand1 x Pearl P100-P Bass pedalAlso, should they be required, I can throw in a throne and a pair of sticks too, so you'll have everything you need to get started!All the drums are finished in Amber Burst, except the snare, which is finished in gun metal grey. The toms and the bass have black hardware, except the floor tom legs which are a standard 'bare metal'.The drum hardware (hoops, mounts etc) have some signs of heavy wear and tear, but this is purely cosmetic, and does not affect the playability of the kit whatsoever. The black hardware can be easily re-touched with a little black spray paint.The drum heads (batter side) have heavy stick marks (I hit hard - lol!!!), but the resonant heads are brand new and unmarked. Plenty of life left in the batter heads yet, even the snare head which has the most extensive wear. The resonant head on the 10" rack tom is torn. I never got around to replacing/removing the head, as it seems to play just fine the way it is.There is a least one large scratch mark down the side of the 16" floor tom, but again, as it's purely cosmetic, I never worried about it too much. The other drum shells have smaller and varied scuff/scratch marks (as I said, this kit has given me years of good service!). If you have any specific questions though about the condition of any specific component of the kit, please feel free to ask. I have done my best with the photos to show the kit in it's genuine condition, however I do accept that not all wear and tear is visible in the photos.The cymbals are in pretty good nick considering, however the ride cymbal is the most marked, but I believe it can be restored to it's former glory with a little cymbal polish.The Hi-Hat stand does have a bent drop rod, but again, it doesn't seem to affect the playability of the kit, and I have had no issues with the adjustment of the height of the hi-hats to suit my playing position and style.This is an excellent starter/intermediate kit, and would be great for any player of any ability. Even my 2 year old grand-daughter loves to play it!!This will be COLLECTION ONLY I'm afraid, as I have neither the packing materials or the time to pack it away properly. The kit will remain 'in situ' for the winning bidder, who, upon completing payment, is welcome to come and collect, and if they so wish, have a 'road test' on the kit too.
