This is a nice clean 10" wide blade vintage draw knife marked "P.S. & W. CO.quot; on the upper cross beam, this was a abreviated name of the manufactured by PECK, STOW & WILCOX in Southington CT U.S.A.. A very nicely made draw knife, with wood handles that have metal caps on the end, and metal ferrules on the inside end, both very solid, both handles have some wear, and dings on them, but not loose or cracked. The cutting edge is very sharp, ready to use condition. All the metal is rust free, and in clean condition, no cracks or damage, some minor pitting noted, but only one small area in the cutting edge area. A very nice, hard to find draw knife, by a company known for the quality of the steel they used!
