PEGGY PEN PAL DOLL Approx. 18" T, marked on back of neck: HORSMAN DOLLS INC. - 10 ("c" in circle) 70 and marked mid-back: HORSMAN DOLLS INC. (with "c" in circle underneath). Plastic vinyl head. Rest of body, arms & legs are plastic. Her head can move up/down like saying "yes" or around sideways. Ball-jointed so elbows can be very moveable and poseable. Waist turns sideways. I see a bit of dust-dirt just on inside of eye corners, probably removable with Q-tip. I did gently wash off her face, it was pretty good to begin with. She has nicely painted on eyebrows, blue eyes, and pale pink lips. She has rooted blonde hair that appears in pretty good condition and is separated into two side ponytails with pink yarn ties. She's wearing original white plastic shoes (they may need cleaning), and I think the undies are original although they stretched out at top and someone tacked them at top back to make them fit. She's wearing a tagged "Daisy Kingdom" Sweetheart Bears cotton dress that fits her beautifully, ties into bow at backside waist, and gives her an old-fashioned really sweet look! Note all photos and email any questions before bidding as I've described her to the best of my ability. The head, body, arms, hands, legs and feet all look good to me. I do not see any major flaws or any vinyl nics/chews. This sweet vintage doll would read more
