This auction is for a Pendleton robe or shawl blanket that measures 68" x 68". That size includes the fringe. My mother purchased it 15-20 years ago at the Mill in Pendleton as a "factory second" - the tag, you can see, says "off color". The color does look even throughout the blanket. One side is white with red and orange design, the other side is inverse orange and red with white design. The last picture shows a bit of damage to the wool, probably insect damage over these years. There are maybe four or five spots like this on the blanket. No spot is threadbare. In fact, if I liked the style better I'd certainly display it in my own home. Thanks for looking, and I hope this blanket can go to somebody who will enjoy it and care for it!
