Four pages, approximat ely 16 by 10 inches. Splitting at the fold, some wear at the edges, hori zontally creased, with some s plitting . This issue includes artic les of news from Philadelphia, Boston, Savanah, Halif ax, Charlestown , Williamsburg, etc. Also advertisements and announcements including run-away ser vants (African , English, Irish, etc) horses, cows, public auction announce ments and , interesting ly, notices to debtors of the firm of Franklin and Hall (and David Hall individually ) to settle th eir delinquent accounts or "they will be under the disagreeable necessity of bringing them to settle in a manner that will be troublesome to them .."
