I have for sale a rare item - a tower operator's O.S. sheet covering 2 days in 1941 during the heyday of steam. The tower was Wanatah, Indiana, on the incredibly busy Chicago - Fort Wayne mainline for the days of June 13/14, 1941. Over 100 different movements are recorded in this 48 hour period and every engine number on every train is recorded, even the passenger trains! Some railroads recorded only the train number on passenger trains, not the engine #, but not the Pennsy - they got everything. The sheet measures about 18" on each side and is presently rolled up, but could be easily shipped flat if the new owner prefers. It is in excellent condition with virtually no damage which isn't bad for a document 67 years old. Shipping for this sheet is based on using an envelope. Postage will be $3.00 more if sent in a packaging tube. The scan shows a similar sheet which I sold in April.
