We have up for bid a PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD ROUND NUMBER BOILER PLATE #5261. This is to a B6s, 0-6-0 Steam Engine Switcher. We believe this to be ORIGINAL, and not a reproduction. This if from a collector and been collecting items for over fifty years. T are no casting number on the back is. The numbers looked to be attached by rivits. T are rivits on the back of the plate w the numbers are. The Numbers are cast seperate from the plate. It is made of Cast Iron. It measures 16-3/4 inches wide. We are not sure if the Paint is original or has been touched up.The Mounting pins have not been cut off. I found a photo of this engine working in Camden New Jersey in 1950. Please ask questions prior to bidding. This will be sold as is. Item can be view if you are in the area. We preferred this to be a local pick-up due to the weight. We will ship by UPS, please ask for shipping quote prior to bidding.
