This item is RARE, VINTAGE & ORIGINAL. It is a wooden pepsi cola carrier with 6 red, white & blue double dot pepsi cola bottles. The carrier has some scratches, scuffs from aging and a crack on one of the sides, but it is sturdy, intact and strong enough to carry the 6 bottles. the colors are sharp. The metal strip that runs on both sides of the carrier is still intact. The bottles: 1. 1947-Bangor, ME., no chips, bruises, etc.-small chip of paint off of front bottom label. 2. 1946-Athens, OHIO-great shape-Tiny 2 or 3 chips on top lip. 3.1947-Columbus, MISS.- no chips or bruises-tiny little paint chips on front label (4 or 5)-filming on inside of parts of this bottle, but it's still in geat shape. 4.1947-Rochelle, ILL.- couple small paint chips to front label-beautiful bottle. 5. 1946 (hard to read last number)-Anderson, IND.-Nice bottle. 6. 1947-Albany, MO.-Some tiny chips to top & side of lip-Some wear to top & bottom-an imperfection (see picture) about 1/2" long on the inside of bottle-almost like a crack, but can't be felt from outside of bottle-an almost foggy stain at the bottom-Still a nice bottle. As you can see from the pictures, these really are nice bottles. I just try to be accurate by pointing everything out. They would fit into any collection without a problem. If you're into original carriers & soda bottles from a long gone era, this item may be just for you.
