This auction is for 2 COLUMBIA SOUTH CAROLINA OLD PEPSI BOTTLES One bottle is old double dot 12 ounce Pepsi bottle that is in good shape. Bottle is dirty and has some wear on all the print. I think the bottle will clean up well and it is a very eye catching bottle. There are no cracks or chips but some wear and a bit of fading. Most all of the print is readable except for part of PEPSI IN PEPSI-COLA COMPANY and part of LONG in LONG ISLAND CITY, N.Y. on the back of the bottle. The T in PAT is faded in the words REG. US PAT. OFF. on the front. The other bottle is a very attractive embossed straight sided light green bottle with PEPSI – COLA BOTTLING CO . embossed on the shoulder. NOT FOR SALE COLUMBIA S.C. is embossed around the bottom of this bottle. The bottom has 6 ½ FL. OZ. The bottle is made of thick glass and has some very small bubbles in the glass. Bottle is dirty especially on the inside. Bottle has some wear and scratches and also has a small chip in the outside rim of the very top on the back side.Chip is not noticed when you display the bottle with PEPSI- COLA facing forward. Please note that the dash between PEPSI and COLA is double similar to the double dot on the other bottle.
