Very good condition rare copy of Townshend's demos for lifehouse along with the full Lifehouse radio play and incidental music. Cover is corrugated card and is slightly scuffed but it has done its job and kept the rest of the package in near mint condition. The only exception to the condition is that the binding of the booklet has come a bit unglued - as I've tried to show in the picture. This affects the outer cover of the booklet only. There's a bit of a design flaw in the package where the back cover of the booklet is supposed to slide into a sleeve on the main pack but this puts strain on the booklet binding. If be amazed if anyone's booklet has survived over the years!
