This is a First Edition Hardback Book in Acceptable Condition entitled Peter Graves by William Pene Du Bois, 1950 The Viking Press. The paper covered boards have edge wear, scuffing and a bumped bottom front corner, the yellow cloth spine has a chunk out of the very top (see picture 1). The pictorial end pages are intact and tanning, the front flyleaf has 3 superficial tears (see picture 3) and an old price in pencil. The spine is tight and intact, the pages are lightly tanned and clean. This is a funny book that boys would especially enjoy! It is the story of Peter Graves and his friend Horrible Houghton, inventor! A humorous tale along the lines of the Absentminded Professor! A fun read! PayPal Only!
