You are bidding on an exeptionally gorgeous and pristine Peter Heeschen grade "A" "Delta" shaped pipe that was personally carved by Mr. Heeschen several years ago in Holmstrup, Denmark. Heeschen's "A" grade was the top of his line when he carved this pipe. Today this pipe would have been stamped an "S" for "Special", his new top grade of pipes that is reserved for special grain or shape. The arced cross grain on this pipe is textbook, reference, and awesome! The carving of the pipe is absolutely exquisite! The genuine mammoth tooth ivory ferule lends a gorgeous and organic design touch. If you think that this pipe looks good in the photographs below, just wait until you see it "in person"! This extremely lightly smoked Danish freehand pipe comes with the oversize black leather pipe bag that is pictured below.

I have lightly, thoroughly, meticulously, and very carefully, cleaned, sanitized, rejuvenated, and restored this extremely lightly and carefully formerly enjoyed pipe both inside and out. The original hand cut vulcanite stem is free from tooth marks (t never were any!), scratches, and oxidation. The entire pipe is crisp, clean, and shines like glass! All stampings are very crisp. The overall finish of this pipe is like new. This pipe is truly ready to immediately enjoy right out of the box!

are the pipe's dimensions - it's larger than the average Peter Heeschen pipe: The overall length is about 5.875". The bowl height is about 2.05". The tobacco chamber is about 0.825" in diameter and tapers down the bowl's 1.750" inner depth. Capacity is about that of a Group 4 to 5 sized Dunhill pipe. This amazing pipe weighs 61 grams.

Once again, this is a seven-day no reserve pipe auction. I do not believe in "Reserve" or "Buy it Now" prices.
