Peter Spicer Leamington Spa stuffed otter tail (2) taxidermy This is one of 4taxidermy stuffed otter rudders that I have listed on eBay. They have been wrapped up and stored away for the past 25 years and really do need to be on display. This one on offer is a good quality specimen as you can see in the photographs. The brass top engraving states “D.O.H. PLYM June 25 th 1932”. This will be from the river Plym in Devon. On the reverse of the brass top is the stamp “PETER SPICER & SONS LEAMINGTON. The total length when hanging, from top of ring to base of tail is approximately 45cm (17 ¾ inches). This stuffed and mounted taxidermy otter tail is in very good condition, being 82 years old. I have described this item as fully as possible so that the buyer can make an informed decision and so that there is no repercussions on the seller. This item will be sold as it does not have a reserve. Payment by the winning bidder should be made within 5 days of the auction closing and cleared funds are required before delivery/collection. Cheque or cash on collection are the preferred payment choice but I do accept Paypal if you contact me first to state that this is how you intend to pay.
