THIS Auction is for a PETER STONE CHIP DRAFT HORSE REMADE AS A DRAFT HORSE MARE and repainted as a LILAC ROAN SABINO PINTO by Diane Capwell of "The Spotty Mule Factory." This Chip drafter is in the OF or original pose. Her mane has been resculpted a little with filler and the ribbons removed, her tail resculpted to hock length and attached to her right hock. She's been repainted in acrylics as a dark chestnut roan sabino pinto, also known as lilac roan or some may call it red roan. The lilac roan term comes from the lilac tone to the frosty patches in some areas of the coat. The right eye is blue and the other is brown . She hasn't been given a clear sealer spray overcoat, but eyes & hooves have been given a clear protective coat to make them gleam. For those of you who enjoy showing your miniature models, this draft horse brood mare ought to get some looks for the tiny details. Even if you just like to keep your models for desk pets, she is bound to attract the attention of anyone who loves equines, particularly draft horses and especially those with roany pinto coats. The best part for horse lovers who don't have a barn and pasture, she doesn't need much room, or any hay at all. She measures about 3-1/4" long, by not quite 3-1/4" tall.
