ABOUT THIS MODEL:

This Traditional sized Peter Stone model was the Special Run in 2000. He was designed by Elaine Stone and Ginger Ryals of the Ginger Horse, as a special run model for Easter. His name is "CHRISTIAN SOLDIER (VERSION #2), and he is the Trotting Drafter mold in silver dapple gray; he has a white mane/tail, pink on the muzzle, blue eyes, and light pink hooves. His body is a pearly silver color with small white dapples, and he has a curved cross on his forehead. His bobs and tail ribbons are painted gold and purple. Around his neck he is wearing a purple sash.

T were 180 of this special run produced, and it came in two versions. The first version was limited to 50, and has a straight cross on the forehead. The second version (this model) was limited to 120, and has a curved cross. I've included a close up headshot of both versions, so you can see the difference between the two crosses--check out Picture #5! Both models originally came with the purple sash.

CONDITION OF THIS MODEL:

As for the condition of this model, I'd say he is excellent to near mint. He has no breaks, seam splits, rubs, or structural damage. If anything, he has the slightest of ear tip and hoof rubs. I do not live show, so I don't know if this model would be considered LSQ.

This model was purchased new, and comes from a non-smoking home. He is from my personal collection of over 100 Peter Stone drafters, and has been on a shelf since I got him new. He has never been live or photo shown. Sorry, no box is included. I do have the Certificate of Authenticity though, and will include that.
