Peterson Deluxe Pipe

Part of my large private collection I am selling off as I downsize. I purchased this new in the early 1980âe(tm)s and it was only lightly smoked. It has not been smoked at all in 25 years. The condition of the pipe and stem are very clean.

A very beautiful pipe from Ireland, this Peterson has a lovely sandblast grain and a distinctive sterling silver band on the shank. Box, glove and sales promotional piece included with pipe (see photo).

Charles Peterson invented and patented the SYSTEM pipe in 1890, which became an international Gold Medal winner. A pipe known for its cool, dry smoking qualities, the Peterson featured a graduated bore and gravity reservoir allowing only cool, dry smoke to reach the mouth.
