K&P PetersonSherlock Holmes 'Squire'Quarter Bent Bulldog with P-Lip Stem-- --Up for sale is a gorgeous Peterson's "Squire" pipe from the Sherlock Holmes Original Collection. The Sherlock Holmes series is one of the most successful series of pipes produced by Peterson. It was introduced in 1987 to honor the most famous character in fiction, Sherlock Holmes. "Squire" is one of seven shapes from the original series made from specially selected briar with an extra large bowl and sterling silver band and sterling inlaid 'P'. The pipe has some knocks around the briar, and under the bowl, as well as some tooth marks, but it in great condition otherwise . Please use the zoom function to determine overall condition.Bowl: 8/10 - Some dings, and nicks on the underside of the bowl.Chamber: 8/10 - No major issues, some darkening around the rim.Stem: 7/10 - Some tooth pits top and bottom(10 is reserved for unsmoked pipes, 9 is the highest rating a used estate pipe can received which denotes better condition than normal wear and tear)Length: 6.0 in.
