UP FOR BID IS A RARE SLICE OF TOREDO PETRIFIED WOOD FROM NORTH DAKOTA. IT IS FROM THE CANNON BALL RIVER AND IS NORTH DAKOTA'S STAT FOSSIL. IT IS ABOUT 9" X 9" IN DIAMETER AND IS A FULL ONE INCH THICK. IT A HAS BEAUTIFUL COLOR AND HAS MANY WORM HOLES ON THE PIECE. IT HAS NOT BEEN POLISHED. T ARE VERY FEW PIECES OF THIS TYPE OF PETRIFIED WOOD EVER FOUND. THE PIECE HAS NO FRACTURES AND WEIGHS OVER 5 LBS. THANKS FOR LOOKING.
