For your consideration is a PEZ SAILOR from the popular PEZ PAL Series on a blue non-footed 2.6 Austrian stem with NO IMC.

The stem has NO chips or cracks. T is one very tiny surface melt mark smaller than the head of a pin on the front spine. The inner sleeve is white and the rectangular candy button is red. Both springs are PERFECT (super snappy) with NO head flop.

His head has the old wire mechanism, nicely painted pupils and NO damage. He is complete with all ORIGINAL parts including his white beard and sailor cap. His cap is a lighter shade of blue with darker blue speckling. It is the same color inside as out and is nice and smooth to the touch. T is a factory mold mark on the top of it. I have included a close-up picture of the hat, but I don't think it captures the true effect. It is very cool when held in hand.
