For your consideration is a PEZ Raven on a non-footed blue 3.9 Austrian stem with IMC=3. The stem has NO chips, cracks or melt marks. T are some light smudges on the front spine. The inner sleeve and the rectangular candy button are both creamy yellow. Both spring are perfect with NO head flop. The head is dark blue not black. I tried to show it in two different close-ups, but the pictures look black. It is definitely dark blue. He is complete with all his original parts; white plastic insert eyes, yellow glasses and red beak. T is the common mold mark on his beak and the top of his head.
