This auction is for a heart shaped dish in the "Folk Art" pattern by Pfaltzgraff. Be sure to get this item for the upcoming holiday season or to give as a gift or even for the dorm room as it will go nicely with a new or existing set of dinnerware and will be nice for serving family and extra guests!!Please be aware of the following items as well with all my auctions:1. Due to changes that have occurred with all shippers, t may be varied times in transit from the time that items are delivered to the USPS or Fedex until it is received by the buyer. These delays will be longer especially over weekends and holidays and the shipper has no control over these. If a buyer needs to get an item(s) to a destination fast, request USPS Express or Fedex Express Service (Note: Additional charges will apply to expedited services), otherwise the item may take up to 7 to 10 days to arrive after being dropped off depending on the shippers delivery in a buyer's area as well as weather conditions in the area as well.2. All Pennsylvania residents will be charged 6% State Sales Tax on all purchases as well as shipping and handling charges. This is a state law and seller has no control over this. Buyers from all other states in the USA, Canada and Military Bases that are not in Pennsylvania are exempt from the State Sales Tax.3. All Canadian buyers and Military buyers must be aware of the following: Seller has no idea what amount(s) if any you may or may not pay to have any item(s) brought into any area that you are and you are totally responsible to check with your governmental or other authorities about Duty, Import or other taxes that you may incur. Items purchased from us will be sent to you via Air Mail Parcel Post only and depending on the location being shipped to time in transit will vary.4. Seller can gladly combine shipments as long as buyer advises seller of their intent to have such done in advance. Also, Buy It Now Auction Service is also available, but to use this service, the buyer must email the seller to change the auction(s) to Buy It Now Auction as all items are listed as auctions. (Note: Buyers cannot change the listings without the seller so be sure to email us for assistance!!)5. Claims, Returns & Payments - See the Returns & Payments Area for details on how to make a return & pay for all my auctions. If you receive an item(s) from us and t is damage, follow the next set of instructions for assistance in resolving claims:A. If you received your item(s) via USPS any form: Since insurance is automatically added, go to the nearest USPS branch to you and bring the box, packing material and damaged or broken item(s) with you to file a claim directly with them. They will contact me if necessary and in most cases they just need the buyer. (Note: The seller cannot assist in USPS transactions only the buyer).B. If you received your item(s) via Fedex any form: As soon as possible inspect the box(es) and email me so I can file a claim with Fedex on the buyers behalf. Do not dispose of the box, packing or damged or broken items as a Fedex Driver will come to pick up the damaged item(s) to have an inspection done. T is nothing required to be done by the buyer except to provide some information to the seller as requested in this case.Thank you for looking at my items and good luck with your bidding!!
