You are looking at an absolutely MINT, PFM Tenshodo Crown model of the very popular Southern Pacific, AC-12, 4-8-8-2, Cab Forward, steam locomotive. Known to all collectors and modelers as the best of the best Japanese builders, Tenshodo models were known for their excellent paint, excellent detailing, and excellent assembly - a well deserved, and well earned reputation no other builder could top, then or now. As stated above, the locomotive is factory painted, with no chips or blemishes, with all the lettering and numbering in perfect condition, and absolutely no wheel wear. The locomotive also has constant lighting, in both the headlight and cab light. The loco is equipped with a sound cam for those who would consider adding that option. Also note the removable cab roof - this is a great feature for those who wish to add glass to the windows, and an engineer and fireman for a touch of realism.
