This cast iron staircase was retrieved from an Old Philadelphia Firehouse, since converted to domestic use. The staircase when assembled would be quite narrow. Each treadle, nine in all including the base piece is 22" wide to the center of the hole that would fit the center post. This post is not included but is easily attainable in black iron from your local plumbing supply. The treadles are 9.125" high (rise) and 12" wide at their widest point. This spiral stair would make a great industrial look access to you sleeping platform in an old loft building. Planning a 2nd floor deck? This would make a great outdoor access from ground level. What is pictured is what I am selling. Please email me with your questions. Delivery within a reasonable radius of Philadelphia would be considered. Rick
