Philanews is the official magazine of Belgian Post. It’s issued 5 or 6 times a year and details all stamps issued during the last months, giving a lot of background information. It’s issued in Dutch and French. What I’m offering here is the Dutch language version INCLUDING all stamps reviewed in the magazine. All stamps come in 2 versions : 1 perforate and 1 imperforate. Everything is in perfect condition, as new. This set is 6/2002 (sixth magazine of 2002) and includes the magazine, 17 cards, 4 souvenir sheets and 26 stamps.
