Offering for auction a Philco 16B cathedral cabinet. It doesn't get much better than this. I would take your lower condition cabinet in trade for an allowance towards this one if that is your desire, but I would need to see pictures before making an offer. The 16B was the best table radio Philco produced in 1933. The cabinet is beautifully refinished. I sure wish I had the chassis and speaker, but I do not. If the buyer wants to purchase an installed grillcloth with the two decorative screws for the grillbars, I can provide that for $25 installed. This cabinet will be packed bombproof double boxed. We operate a radio cabinet restoration service including veneer replacement/refinishing service so feel free to contact us. So called basket cases accepted!
