Thank you for taking you time to look at this beautiful vase! This is made by Phoenix Consolidated Glass Company. This item has no markings which is typical, and the sticker on base has been removed.This vase is somewhat rectangular in form, but with rounded corners and base. Large flowers, buds and stems in a raised relief prominently adorn both sides against a coveted blue background, in matte finish. Phoenix Glass Company located in Monaca, Pennsylvania. Phoenix began production of art glass in 1932 when 45-50 moulds from the Consolidated Glass Company were moved to Phoenix and used until early 1936. This occurred because Consolidated Glass Company had been forced to shut down because of the Great Depression.Condition is very good, with no chips or cracks.Happy bidding.
