Original vintage photos from the late 1880s, or later. Thereare 26 of the larger sized photos (approx. 4” X 6”), and 28 “smaller” (approx. 2.25” X 4.25”) photos, 54 photos total.. Different photography studios are on back or borders of photos. I got this years ago because I collected military collectibles, and there are several military figures in this album. Some of the identified photos include,: Franz Josef, Emp. Of Austria/Hungary, : Franz Josef’s wife, Elisabeth, : Kronpronz Rudolf, : Rudol’s wife, Stefanie and daughter, : Kaiser Wilham I, Emperor of Germany 1871-1888, : Bismark & Von Bulow, : Kaiser Wilham II & family, : Frederick Willham, Emp. Of Germany, : Kaiser Wilham II & wife. Most of these are dressed up in military regalia. Also other photos of civilians, and some humorous photos of children, many of which are propped up against a chair or couch in awkward positions, I guess to keep them immobilized so the picture wouldn’t blurr. Photos are all in very good to excellent condition. The album/book has some German style text, and some sort of crest, or coat of arms embossed into the leather. The spine is starting to separate, and the lock “flap” is broken off, and missing. Photo album is exactly as I received it, nothing removed or added.
