This photograph album of equestrian interest has written in the front inside cover 'Wyck Hall Stud, Newmarket, photographs taken Nov 26th and Dec 12th 1959'. There are 11 pages each with a large photograph of a young thoroughbred horse with details of its foaling date and its parents. There is a newspaper article included dated 27th Feb 1960. The headline being 'The McAlpine blood stock interests'. The article relates to the successful horses belonging to Mr Robin McAlpine, son of Sir Malcolm McAlpine. The album measures 12" by 9".
