I think at the time "Chinchilla Ranching" was promoted on the back pages of mens' magazines and comic books as a way to make extra money at home. These ca. 4 x 6 photos (the photo count includes 1 brief newspaper or magazine article about this particular family's "ranch," said article including a halftone photo) are mounted to scrap book pages and most of them are identified in some way in white ink UNDER the photo. (In other words, the captions are written on the page rather than on the photos): and and and and VERY GOOD CONDITION. These photos are mounted into the scrapbook using corner tabs so they are not glued or taped in and tfore easily removed by the purchasor. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ (the fine print ...
