Popeye Photos Early 1920's-30's? Two vintage photos - 1 with autograph! Being a comic book person, I have no idea how to grade these or what they're worth. But the do seem exceptionally cool. Having seen the cartoon character for so long, how fun it was to find out that t were real live people in that role! So... 's Popeye (or "Pop-eye") and Olive Oyl. The large picture (with both of them) is 8" x 10." The smaller one is 5.5" x 3.5," and as you can see t's writing on the back (which I really can't make out). Low opening bid and no reserve.
