Description This is a beautiful picher by a Pickard artist, that we know little about, Hathaway. This pitcher is a T & V Limoges France blank, measures 5 in. tall, 5 1/2 in. spout to handle, 3 1/4 in. diameter at the base, and has the Pickard mark #3, 1903. I am putting three pieces of this artist's work on ebay, two have mark #2, and this one has mark #3, rarely found, interim mark used during the expansion into the carriage barn studio. I am guessing that this period of time is all the time that Hathaway worked for Pickard, these are the only pieces I have seen by this artist, although I'm sure t are many more that exist .As you can see by the artistry of these three pieces, Hathaway was an excellent painter, it's a shame they didn't do more. The condition of this piece is excellent, no chips, cracks, or crazing, and the gold is in great condition. Buyer pays shipping and handling, thank you for viewing this item. I am listing these items individually, but showing pictures of all three. You are bidding on the pitcher with this auction.
