PICTURESQUE EUROPEOn offer Picturesque Europe Volume 5. This is an antique large format hardback book published by Cassell and Company, Ltd. No date printed but similar editions I have sold are 1880's to 1890's. The binding is split and chipped on the spine. The page edges are bright gold. Internally the book is clean, some foxing. The countries featured are Switzerland, Sweden, Russia and Greece to name a few. The book is illustrated with 13 full page steel engravings and lots of wood engravings.
