This is a copper/brass mold for the 1971 Doughboy This mold is heavy and weighs just shy of 2lb. Something happened to the lower part by the neck. Looks like part of the mold tore or came apart. But when you put the head on top the body it sits flat just like in the picture. This is for the original 1971 doughboy. The dot in the chef hat is flat smooth, (no Pillsbury written inside the dot). Tâe(tm)s raised letters on the inside, back side, of the chef hat. Right w you would see âe~1971 The Pillsbury Company Minneapolis, Minn.âe(tm) on the back side of Poppin chef hat doll. I tried to get this in the pictures. When you hold the top part of the mold in your hands, you can read the raised letters real good, when you shine a flash light inside it. This mold is a little over 8 inches long, (with head on top of the body). A little over 4.25 inches wide, (from hand to hand). This mold was used and you can see some leftover residue from old molding material inside the mold. The outside of the mold has the look of being cooked. Iâe(tm)ve whipped/cleaned off the outside of the mold so it can be handled without getting your hands dirty. This will make a nice addition to anyoneâe(tm)s Doughboy collection. This mold is not a galvanize fake. It is the real thing! I'm selling this mold 'as is'. E-mail me through eBay if you have any questions.
