Pilot's Penlight Flashlight, Red or White Light This listing is for a vintage Vietnam era Pilot's Penlight Flashlight. (issue item from the early 70's through the 80's) These lights were carried in the aviator's survival vests. The flashlight can produce a Red or White light by sliding a built in lens cover from white to red and vice-versa. The flashlight works great and is in excellent condition with no rust inside or out. It is powered by 2 AA batteries. It would make a perfect addition to any military collection. Also, a great item for backpackers, fisherman or as an emergency light anytime. It measures about 7 inches from tip to tip and its circumference is slightly larger than a AA battery. Includes the original, 22 inch lanyard.
