Pine Ridge SIOUX Pottery Bowl Arts Crafts Dakota- O. Cottier Pine Ridge Sioux Pottery Bowl - Approx 5" inches X 3" inches high X 3 1/2" at the mouth. It is signed with the standard pine tree and hill with O. Cottier and Pine Ridge Sioux. From an Estate of a Native Pottery collector... a great piece of Pine Ridge Pottery. Warm red brown glaze over geometric incised design. Condition is PERFECT! No chips, cracks, or crazes. The only imperfection are natural from the hand done pottery process. T is one area with a bump on the glaze (see pics) and below that t is a round spot that's from what I believe to have been a glaze bubble. The bubble hole looks like it has been filled in with the glaze from a firing. It's smooth as the rest of the surface and does not take away from this piece. Questions welcome!
