IT'S THAT TIME OF YEARPINEWOOD DERBY RACINGEach car is One of a kind. You won't find my cars in a "big box store" like most of my competitorsI have been a wood carver since I was 13 yrs old. I am now a young 69 years old.I carved with a knife and a chisel. I don't use electrical tools, everything is hand carve. this is why my cars are uniqueMy cars takes about a week to make including details and being hand painted.THIS RACE CAR HAND CARVED IS A FINE EXAMPLE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP BLENDED WITH THE FOLK ART CRAFT.Very collectible, it's 7" in length and beautifully detailed, showing quality craftsmanship.A handsome piece for the classic car enthusiast!I started with the original idea of building a pinewood car from years past just like father and son with a block of wood,a pocket knife, files, and lts of sand paper.I am a hand wood carver for over 40 years, who loves to makePinewood Derby Cars.They come in all shapes and styles.
