This attractive butter dish in the Sharon pattern was made by the Federal Glass Company in 1935-1939 . I do think this is real and not a reproduction. Please if you think different email me. Sharon is better known as cabbage rose, an all-over pattern of panels filled with rose-like flowers and leaves, in a lovely shade of pink. With its cover on, the dish is about 4 inches tall, is an inch deep and has a 7 1/2 inch diameter. The diameter of the cover is about 5 7/8 inches. These pieces look unused and in like-new condition except for a very tiny bit of table wear on the base. T is a chip on the knob, very small and smooth, (could be from the manufacturer) it is underneath the knob. This is a nice piece of cabbage rose and with its elaborate design will be a stunning addition to a collection or to a china cabinet. Thanks for looking!!
