Manufactured in the 1965 this pipe represent the Italian Peterson's copy. The conditions are near new and it was very few smoked, the vulcanite mouth piece have the Peterson's lip and it is in excellent conditions. The pipe was cleaned and polished and it is ready to smoking. Reconditioning of pipes on sell (my hobby): Pipes are cleaned on the outside to remove dirt and then are re-polished with carnauba wax. Burners are restored to original conditions removing the whole coal waste,so it is possible to notice if there are significant burns. Because of this kind of treatment it is recommended to start pipes as they are anew, eventually using some honey. Shanks are cleaned inside and outside, so you can be sure there is no waste. Mouthpieces are dipped in an acid solution to erase sulfur residues and polished, eventual teeth marks are taken away.
