This is a 1963 Williams baseball arcade game. It isn't working and I can't seem to figure it out. Players run the bases. You can turn it on and it goes through a cycle that ends with the backglass lit up and the tilt sign lit. Ok I tried the targets -- ie hit the double the player goes up and runs to second base. closed relay to pitching system and it sent out a ball. coin switch seems to work but it still resets to tilt I think the bat coil is shot - bat is very slow but I thought I would replace that last and bat was broken but was drilled and a metal shaft was epoxied in. I don't think it has been in use in last 30 years or so.
