No Steeler Fan's collection is complete without honoring The Steel Curtain. If you've ever been lucky enough to visit Heinz Field, you may have seen one of these figurines on display tEach kneeling figure on this is a member of the Steel Curtain. The defense that played 22 consecutive quarters without allowing a touchdown in 1976. They also held their opponents scoreless in five regular season games in 1976. These members are Dwight White, a Defensive End who played from 1971-1980; Mean Joe Green, a Defensive Tackle who played from 1969-1981; Ernie Holmes, a Defensive Tackle who played from 1972-1977 and L.C. Greenwood, a Defensive End who played from 1969-1981. This figurine is in excellent condition as I have kept it in my smoke-free and pet-free home. The detail is the excellent quality that you would expect from Danbury Mint. Each kneeling figure is approximately 5" tall and is kneeling on a wood base that is approximately 3/4" high. The entire figurine is approximately 13" long. This figure also comes with the Certificate of Ownership which includes a detailed description and serial number. This figure was not in a special box, it was shipped wrapped in bubble wrap in a plain brown box.If you have any questions, please ask before bidding as returns are not accepted.
