Studio -PROPS GORILLA WARRIOR HELMET GENUINE SCREEN USED MOVIE WARDROBE This is a cast fiberglass gorilla warrior helmet that was custom made for, and used during the filming of the Tim Burton movie from 2001 "PLANET OF THE APES" This is absolutely genuine, and screen used, and not a reproduction or copy. It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from Studio-Props. We purchased this item directly from 20th Century Fox and have placed a copy of our receipt from Fox on the C.O.A. to prove it. Or...Visit our ebay store...; This is a real POTA helmet. It is an iconic design supposedly drawn by Tim Burton. The design is known as the Nautilus helmet. The costume designer for this film was Colleen Atwood the Academy Award winner in 2003 and 2006 for best costume design. It has great chain mail around the neck. This was used for filming. It shows scratches and scuffs, but is overall in good condition. It is real. It is a larger size and measures about 8.5" wide and 16" long overall.
