Studio -PROPS CHIMP WARRIOR ARMOR is an genuine piece of HOLLYWOOD. This is a cast fiberglass chimp warrior chest plate that was custom made for, and used during the filming of the Tim Burton movie from 2001 "PLANET OF THE APES". This is absolutely genuine, and screen used, and not a reproduction or copy. It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from Studio-Props. We purchased this item directly from 20th Century Fox and have placed a copy of our receipt from Fox on the C.O.A. to prove it. This is in good condition, but it was used during battle scenes, so it shows some scuffs, scratches and chips.It is made of cast fiberglass and paint, and was obviously artfully hand made. This was designed by Colleen Atwood the Academy Award winner in 2003 and 2006 for best costume design.
